Terms of delivery

When placing orders in the webshop, please note the following:

  • Your order will be shipped after payment has been confirmed. When paying by credit card or iDEAL, this is an automatic process.
  • If you choose to pay via “Bank transfer”, you must take into account a delayed delivery because your payment must first be verified. We thank you for your understanding.
  • If you have selected “Pickup”  please wait for a confirmation email confirming the date and location for the collection of the order.
  • At the moment it is not possible to send orders to PO Box addresses.
  • The courier requires that your telephone number (with the contact details) corresponds to the specified destination. Failure to do so will inevitably lead to delays.
  • Book orders are only processed and shipped on business days. Normally you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days after ordering. Of course, this partly depends on the transport times of the courier.
  • The buyer has the legal right to return the order within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons. If you decide to return the order, you must first notify us by email. You will then receive instructions about the conditions and the procedure for the return. The transport costs of the return shipment are always at the expense of the buyer.
